Password/Iusername incorrect when trying to log into CQG for realtime data

I am not able to get through this rejection. It keeps saying I have wrong username or password. I even tried changing the password. I have spoken to AMP CQG support and they say it is not on their side. It is a sierra charts issue. Please help.

If you are getting an error that states that the Username or Password for CQG is incorrect, then this is NOT a Sierra Chart issue. That message is coming from CQG, so they are the ones rejecting the information that you have entered.

Keep in mind, you can view the password that you enter in the "Data/Trade Service Settings" by selecting the button for "Show" to the right of the entry field after you have clicked in it. Make sure the password is entered properly. And, of course, double check the Username to ensure that is correct as well.
