Please advise how to stop the clock, Sierra shows 7 minutes of delay.

We do not know what you mean by "stop the clock" in reference to the delay showing. A delay of 7 minutes would typically mean that your computer clock is set differently from the exchange clock by 7 minutes. It is not something that you would need to be concerned about.
