I{m not able to write the color code in the blue, green and red sections, when I try to write a 3 digit number it doesn't let me do that, after I digit the second number it stops writing.

We have had other people state this, but the problem is that it is an operating system issue. That window is a Microsoft Windows window and we do not have any control over it, nor do we have any insight as to why there would be a problem with the number of digits that can be entered.
