SC Delayed Intraday Data and CD Bars Volume Indicator

Hi SC Engineering, I don't get intraday data with the SC delayed feed for the indicator "Cumulative Delta Bars - Volume" for symbols like QA (NYMEX Brent), LF (ICE Gasoil) or WI (ICE WTI). The indicator works fine for CB (ICE Brent) or CL (NYMEX Crude Oil) e.g. The indicator "Cumulative Delta Bars - UpDown Tick Volume" works fine for all those products. Thanks in advance |

Could you go to the CME website and give us a link for the contract specifications for: QA (NYMEX Brent) So it is clear for us what you are looking for. We have added tick by tick data support for LF (ICE Gasoil) or WI (ICE WTI) just now. Restart Sierra Chart to get the updated Symbol Settings. And after that go to your Intraday charts for the symbols and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. This only needs to be done once for each symbol. Contract Specs for NYMEX Brent Last Day Financial Future (BZ): http://www.cmegroup.com/trading/energy/crude-oil/brent-crude-oil-last-day_contract_specifications.html Could you please also add tick by tick support for DME Crude Oil Oman (OQ), ICE Gas Oil Sulphur (ZH), ICE RBOB (LG), ICE Heating Oil (LO), TOCOM Crude (ID) and TOCOM Gasoline (IN)? I tried to chart WI (ICE WTI), but the following error message occurred: "Error downloading historical Intraday data for WIX14. Historical data file not available for symbol" This was not the case when charting LF (ICE Gasoil). |

I updated the symbol settings and reconnected as described in your link. Now LG, LO and ZH charts were correct. But I still had the problem with WI (when I try to open a chart it says "Download failed" and the message log says "Error downloading historical Intraday data for WIX14. Historical data file not available for symbol". If I press "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" the same occurrs. Then I made a full reset of the symbols. Now WI AND ZH have the above problems. Both don't show charts. |

Regarding NYMEX Brent (BZ): You already have this in the symbol list under the ticker QA. It shows UpDown Tick Volume, but not B/A Volume when charted (it seeem s to have no tick by tick support). |

Ok, suddenly WI works (I changed nothing). But ZH still doesn't work. |

The symbol BZ?## now has been set up and is in the list of symbols for the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service. Only Intraday data is available not historical Daily data.
