Hello, this is my print screens how to fix this? the same sometimes happen with SC FOREX Data

generally it works but not always for example this oil and silver print screen I clicked a few times and finally it appeared correct but only half of the chart. And this Yen - Daily chart is OK but on 1H that's all data I have I can't move this chart backwards.

We still see no evidence in this Message Log that you are actually doing just this: so once again I click "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download" on a historical weekly chart like you said Are you actually going to the "Edit " menu and selecting the command that says Delete All Data and Download? The log indicates otherwise. At this point, delete the data file by selecting File >> Open Historical Chart. Right-click on the file and select Delete. It worked but if I try use continuous charts nothing help so are Continuous Futures Contracts- Volume Based Rollover work on your data?
