MakeHTTPRequest adds message to log and opens message log window?

I'm using MakeHTTPRequest and whenever I make a call, the message log pops up with the message "Making HTTP request." Just wanted to confirm that it is SC that popping the log up and see how I can suppress this. |

This will be solved in the next release. The Message Log will not open in this case.

The message log no longer pops up. Is it possible to suppress this message so it does not appear in the log?

No, there is no way to suppress this. This is very critical for diagnostic purposes and we are not willing to remove it.
