There were a few releases where there was work being done on the right-mouse and menu options, so what you were seeing was related to being on one of those particular releases. Now that you are on the current release, everything should be fine. The option you would want to set to "Yes" is "Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths >> Always use 'Data' Folder within Main Folder". This ensures that the Data folder that is being referenced is for that specific installation. Sierra Chart does not support sharing 'Data' folders, so this helps ensure that everything is set properly. The option for "Always Copy Configuration Files to New Instances When Started" only applies to instances started by selecting "File >> New Instance".
