My trades are not executing due to my account not being authorized. Cn someone take me through the process please. Been trying to test my algo before market closes. Thanks.

In Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings. There is a Server (List) setting. Make sure it is set to Server 1. You should have no trouble connecting.

Can someone log in quickly please. It is set to server 1. I can see trades trying to execute because it shows on the chart but immediately cancels. In the log at most times the error is that the account is not authorized. At other times it says a trade was attempted but was ignored because working order already exist
