I just switched from free to paid (integrated standard 10), I am not getting any data on the market profile letters or blocks tpo profile. i was getting data with the free trial before i switched to paid. I have spent hours going thru support board trying everything suggested but no luck. Would you direct me on how to get data for Market profile TPO chart?

You need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages in order to have access to the TPO charts (along with certain other items).
