Rithmic connections stopped working 23:45 CDT

- I use SC for connecting to my two prop firm account at Apex which I have used for years. This connection was working until at 23:45 CDT when I went to bed to get rest for trading UK open - I also tried using my Rithmic connection to Take Profit Trader which I began using last week and will not load. - This morning when I opened my platform to trade the UK open session, SC was flashing the yellow Connecting/Reconnect Wait message - Before opening support ticket I downloaded most recent version to make sure I was current - I opened my AMP instance and copied my Apex charts, translated the symbols and chart data loaded - I attached an screen image (or tried to, not sure it was uploaded or not) Thank you for your assistance |

This was for me the Solution provided by Sierrachart. Look at the Sierrachart Version. The Downgrade was the path of Light :-) With Sierra Chart version 2727 and higher, we no longer support data from Rithmic. As such, you need to do one of two things: - Downgrade to version 2726 and use the Rithmic data. Follow these instructions to downgrade: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure - Stay on the version you are on and use the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Since you have an account with AMP, you do not need to worry about an account to qualify as a non-professional. Frankfort works for me too. Unfortunatly, missed that entire ES move up while updating my charts
