connecting sierra with rytmic

Good Morning I've tried to connect my rytmic account on sierra chart and i cant for no reason i've tried to contact rytmic support and they told me that everything works fine for them and in fact i can open rytmic trader pro and take a trade, i thought it was rytmic cause i can open sierra chart instance with denali but now with their response it seems to be sierra the probleme cause i cant open an instance with rytmic on sierra. do you have any idea of whats happens and can you help me ps: it's happens to a fellow work who is not on the same connection as me thank you |

Yes it seems this is a widespread Sierra Chart problem (many traders in other chats report this today). The connection work fine with R-Trader Pro or Bookmap, but not with Sierra Chart (good if you have the possibilty to switch to Denali till the problem is solved :) )

you're welcome, I swwitched my server from Chicago to Europe and it works fine
