Hello, Sierra chart message log is repeatedly showing that my renko footprint chart has “caught an unhandled exception”. I feel I have tried all I can find online in attempts to resolve the issue including reloading the software and trying to find which study could be the problem, all of which has had no effect. Even when I create a new chart and try to overlay my footprint study collection I get the same issue. Please can you advise how to fix this. Thank you. |

UPDATE: I have now encounter another issue when trying the delete all data and download function in which the same issue persists but now when clicking on my other charts any study on a chart that is selected remains on the screen, (if I press my TPO chart, then VWAP and cumulative delta, then Initial balance chart etc all studies remain overlaying each other).
