Point on hi or low when alert condition is met

Hello I’m looking to create an alert that would put a point on hi or low when and alert condition is met. The alert I’m trying to creat is as follows. If the bar closes up and ask vol-bid vol(delta) is negative a certain number point on low and vice versa if a bar closes down and the ask vol-bid vol (delta) is positive a certain number point on high. Thanks for your input.

I’ve looked at the formulas just can figure out the formula for if the bar closes below the open (ID35.SG1>700) Just with that formula I can put a point on high for every bar that hat positive 700 delta |
