You have the "Integrated Advanced" package service and you have 8 days of Usage Time remaining. If you are going to continue to use Sierra Chart, then you will need to have $46.00 in your account prior to February 5, 2025 in order for the package to automatically renew. Therefore, you should keep the funds you have in your account and add enough to cover the renewal. If you are no longer using Sierra Chart and want a refund of your Services Surplues, then pleast post in the Account Support Tickets and make the request for a refund there. Just be aware that there is a $5.00 processing fee for payment refunds.
