Dear Sierra Chart Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to seek clarification regarding my understanding of the costs associated with my subscription and the services required for accessing real-time market data (Level 1) necessary for analyzing ES, NQ, YM, FDAX, and CAC. As I understand it, the breakdown of costs is as follows: Sierra Pack 11: $46 Full CME Group Commission (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional trading accounts: $6 EUREX EOBI Commission: $21 This totals to $73 ($46 + $6 + $21). Additionally, I understand that it is necessary to maintain a funded trading account, such as with Stage 5. Could you please confirm if my calculations and understanding are correct? Your understanding and costs are correct. We assume by CAC that you are referring to the "France 40". We do not have this Index directly. But we do have the "CBOE Global Indices" that includes their version of the France 40. The symbol for this within Sierra Chart is BFR40P_CGI. In order to get the data for the CBOE Global Indices, you would need to setup and activate that exchange which would be another $6.00 per month.
