[Programming Help] - How to modify Attached Orders of unfilled parent Orders

I am trying to modify the child Orders of an unfilled parent Order, I have some filled and some unfilled orders, how can I change the client-child orders? ModifyOrder for some reason is not working. I have tried passing the Qty and Price as well.
