hi there,
ive got a pair of questions/problems

1) it sometimes happens to me that i get a different price from what i have set in my stop order (one or two tick below/above the stoplimit order). how is it possible?

for example - i have stoplos 10 ticks and it sometimes give me the fill at 8 tick and thus kick me out of the position before it comes to my stop, sometimes, on the other hand, the market moves faster and i get the fill not at my 10 ticks but at 11 or 12 tick loss. how is possoble to be it this way? shouldtn it be preciselly 10 ticks EVERYTIME when i use limit orders which are set at a specific price level?

2) there is a window (TRADING SERVICE LOG) that jumps into my screen when im in a trade and i dont know how to turn it off to make it impossible to jump there. i suppose it is quite simple but i dont know where to switch it off. i wound be happy if no windows ever jumped into the screen cos it is annoying (the video of what i mean is here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G8AteXE2v8E&feature=youtu.be)

1. If Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode is disabled, we cannot offer any comments on this.

2. The Trade Service Log does report all order errors as well as other trading related information. When it opened up in the video, that is because the order was rejected and the details of that rejection is shown in the Trade Service Log.

No, it is not. This is by design. This is the method by which an order error is communicated. That must be displayed.
