Moving Tool Lines up/down using keyboard

Is there a way to move a tool line up or down using the keyboard when the tool is in edit mode? For example, if I wanted to copy and move an existing horizontal line, I can select "copy and move" on the horizontal line, then I am able to move my mouse to a particular price and single click to solidify the new line. I am wondering if there is a keyboard shortcut or something that allows me to move that edited line up/down by a single tick using the keyboard instead of the mouse.

There is no support for moving drawings with the keyboard.
