Forex Data Delay Problem

Hi, starting on December 31 at 3 pm CST my forex data that was realtime started showing delayed and realtime price is not showing. Can you please help me with this issue? Also my CFD data is not showing realtime price for any of CFDs I am tracking like NAS100 or SPX500

The Forex data provided by Sierra Chart comes from FXCM and they are not transmitting Forex data at this time. This would also mean they would not be transmitting CFD data either. Hello, I paid for non professional without futures account data 78 and also the cfd/forex data I get for 45. In total I paid the $124 literally a few days ago and now you guys disconnected my live data on ES and NQ. What is the problem??? I paid for it. Please turn it back on.

I paid to get live data as user without an account. That's exactly what I did last month and everything was fine until after midnight last night. I really don't understand the issue. What am I still not able to get data and you guys are rejecting the agreements I sign, even though it literally says if you don't have an account leave it blank but you will still pay the cme fee. That's exactly what I did but you guys are rejecting it. Can someone explain what I need to do please.

If you are going to pay the Professional exchange fees, then do not worry about the agreements. It does not matter in this case. They keep getting rejected, as you must also be stating that you are a Non-Professional, therefore most people in this situation are trying to get the data at the non-professional rates. With regards to the data, we have responded in another thread asking for your log. Please respond only in that thread going forward regarding the data not working.
