Missing Data for single day (November 15, 2024) on VXN_CGI despite redownloading data

I'm running the current version of Sierra Chart(2726). I've followed "Retrying Downloading of Intraday Data" and I've tried deleting the VXN_CGI.scid file. Nov 15, 2024 is missing on my VXN_CGI chart and I don't know why. I have the Denali Exchange Data Feed CBOE Global Indexes activated.
