On the Trading View platform (which I don't use) there is a tool for showing Order Blocks (significant areas on a price chart where large market participants such as banks or institutional traders have placed substantial buy or sell orders).

Do you have these in a study that we can use within SC?

Thanks

Rob

I have been searching for a long time for this. I have a separate subscription to TV just to utilize that LuxAlgo SMC study. Thus far I haven't found anything for SC.

What about the "Large Volume Trade Indicator" does not do what you need?

No actually. The order blocks in question, areas that were created where price began the start of a greater trend or move (that's a bit oversimplified). It is thought that price can retrace to these areas, it has a higher chance of reversing. I tried to attach a file even though it says not to but the image would give a better idea of what it is.

Ok, we understand. That is very different from what was stated originally - "significant areas on a price chart where large market participants such as banks or institutional traders have placed substantial buy or sell orders".

It doesn't look like we have this as a single study, but we really do not know enough about what this does, exactly, in order to be able to give information on what could be put together to get something similar.

In the end, you can always create a custom study which should allow you to get what you want. Refer to the following:
