Heatmap does not populate consistently

Hi, I have a problem with the population of the heatmap. It does populate in the present, that is once I opened SC and the chartbook. I do however want about 2 days into the past. I assume there are some faulty settings on my side, so I attached several settings screenshots. I can see, the images didn't load propperly. I'm sorry I cant upload a version that includes the settings windows ...
