How do I change the charts to get a white background/theme? I did try changing the Main Window Background but that is probably not what I need. I tried changing the Chart Background to White color, that did change the chart background to white but then it started giving messages about text color and stuff which was confusing and I was not seeing stuff on the chart. I am guessing you don't really have preset themes like most other platforms. So is there some clear step-by-step instructions on how to get all charts with white background and make all the associated relevant settings. I would like to get phone support and pay for it. It has been almost 6 months and I am paying monthly subscription charges with hardly any progress. Where and how do I make the payment for phone support (the one for 80 cents per minute) and what number can I call? I need help with basic stuff to get started. I am no less qualified than most people in your company but it is very frustrating spending hours and days trying to sort out simple and silly things which should not take so much time. Thanks for your help. |

We do not have preset themes. But you can setup your own graphics settings collections on the "Global Settings >> Graphics Settings" window. Refer to the following: Graphics Settings: Saving and Loading Multiple Graphics Settings Configurations The particular issue you are having is that you are changing the background to white, but not changing the text color, which is also white, to a different color. Make sure you also change the "Chart Text" and possibly other items (like the "Chart Values Scale Text Color" and the "Chart Time Scale Text Color") to the color you want when using a white background.
