Trade data is inconsistent between instances

I am trading from two instances but linked to the same trading account. Oddly, when reviewing the trade activity log, each instance is showing opposite position entries, with the final closed position suggests that it wasn't closed while the P/L is not showing open positions. I've reconnected the trade/service with no resolve. I also selected the "delete all data and download" with no resolve. At the beginning of the day, both instances were perfectly aligned, then all of the sudden both instances reflected conflicting data. See screenshots attached. The one showing the open position with no P/L is the sub instance. How can I make them match again and also know which one is correct? Help!

You are looking at the Trades tab of the Trade Activity Log. Go to the "Trade Activity" tab in both of these logs, and compare the fills. One of them must be missing a fill.

If the missing fill is in the sub instance, then follow the instructions here for the sub instance:
