We need more information on the exact setup you have, in particular the column that is displayed and what you are displaying in it - how are your Trade DOM settings set in relation to what is displayed. Also, any particular color settings related to the above and how you have them set. And then, we can not tell from the images what you are trying to state. Please give us more information on exactly what is occurring that is not as you are expecting it. In trading DOM on chart there is a option Current traded total volume, in that option for all other charts and symbol when a new trade happen it shows a color number on the volume that has been added like for the left chart in the image but for that option on SPX500 no number with color added for most of the trades but for some trades it does shows that colored number is added my question is why not for all trades and is that a problem with trading symbol as i have tried it in mutiple new charts and time frame all have the same problem i have added new images with some comments hope it helps i have tried to open a new chart with that particular symbol and the problem is the same and for the DOM i have not made any particular changes to the setting of the DOM or any color setting, I duplicated the emin sp 500 charts which is showing the color for that symbol and then changed the symbol to SPX500 and no number is there so i don't think I have made any particular change that has made the disappearance of the colored number Thank You |

We see what is happening, which is the Current Traded Total Volume is only showing at the increments of 0.1 in the price whereas the Cumulative Total Volume is showing in increments of 0.01. So you only get the coloring in the Current Traded Total Volume when the prices happen to match up. So we are looking into why this is occurring with SPX500.
