Hi, I'm looking for some advice. I am using a Proprietary Trading Company called Bulenox with Sierra Charts and Rithmic. I have been unable to connect for the last 2 hours, have restarted my computer etc. I have left messages with both Bulenox and Rithmic, however their response times are "unknown" to me. I know you guys are on the ball. I don't for one minute think this is anything to do with SC. Could you give me some advice on what I can do to try and overcome this issue remotely? By the way, I downloaded the latest version of SC and I did receive some updated data - but it's back to the status of "Connecting...." again. Many thanks as always.
