I accidentally removed a Chart Study from the Studies Available window by selecting the remove button. The self help documentation recommends that I seek assistance to restore the very first available study (name forgotten) as reinstalling the software may not resolve the problem. Please advise.

The basic solution to this is to close the Chartbook (File >> Close Chartbook) but do not save it. After that, reopen the Chartbook to restore it to its prior state .
