Keyboard Shortcuts for Chart Periods volume not working

Hi, I am on Sierra version 2661. When i press 1 followed by 'm' or anything relevant the chart doesn't change to a 1 minute bar. Similar for volume bars 200 'v'. The chart is activated and i have pressed Escape before. Managed to partially overcome this by going to Global Settings >> Customize Keyboard Shortcuts >> Bar periods and configured shortcut keys for some time periods i am interested in. Still i would like to have the ability to change to any time period by using the shortkey as defined on the documentation and off-course switch between volume bars which i can't do in any way now. Thanks |

There is no reason why this should not be working. Make sure you have the chart selected before entering the keyboard commands. Left-Click in the graphics area of the chart to ensure that chart is active. Then enter the following keystrokes 1 m <enter> Do not forget to use the Enter key at the end to make the change to a 1 minute per bar period.
