We lost the connection with you due to an Internet problem.

What we did on one of your charts was set it to a Continuous Futures Contract chart. These are documented here:

You need to do this for your other charts as well.

The basic problem is that because of the rollover to December, the chart data for today has adequate volume but prior days do not, so you need to set it to a Continuous Futures Contract chart to load in September and earlier contracts.
