How to allow the text of the Tool drawing go beyond right edge of chart?

Currently when the chart is moved to the right edge of chart window, the chart drawing (arrow with text in this particular case) changes the alignment of the text so that the text would fit on screen.
I have many notes and this behavior causes these text notes to move onto each other. I have glanced through the tool settings, chart settings and global settings but couldn't find anything to stop this behavior. I also tried locking the drawing but it made no effect. I didn't find any answers on this forum so far neither.

Is it possible to "force" the text drawing to go beyond the right edge of the screen?
Please see attached a screen recording where the text note changes alignment once it doesn't fit on the chart. At the end of the recording I also pull the TV window to demonstrate the preferred behavior - the text note does go beyond the right edge in TV and it would be great to have this same behavior in Sierra.

Thank you for the help

We understand the request and we have noted it, but we can not say when we would get to this.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

John, thank you for the prompt reply, at least now I will know I am not missing some setting that I am not aware of.

Just a little remark on this topic: I have just updated to Windows 11 and I noticed something interesting.
I am using arrows with text and as in my original post on this thread - if an arrow has a single line of text, then text alignment would get reversed when the chart is moved to the point where text doesn't fit. However, if the text has two or more lines of text then it would go beyond the right edge, just like the TV does. I doubt if this is Windows 11 related or not but I can't test Windows 10 anymore. I am on version 2704.
Hope this helps
