CBOE Cash S&P 500 Volatility Index Data is now available starting from January 2, 2018. Symbol: VIX_CGI In the case of an Intraday chart, follow these instructions to download this data: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data In the case of a Historical Daily chart: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.
