Hi, I want to reactivate my account. I made a payment yesterday. Today an error message appears during the download (see screenshot). I have already deactivated antivirus. It doesn't help. What do I have to do? Many thanks and kind regards Wolfgang |

There was a problem with the installer last night. This has been resolved now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
