Can't download software to PC windows 10

Hi, I have been trying to download the sierra chart software and it first of all blocked me, so I then proceeded to turn off my smartscreen settings to allow unapproved app installation, I have also accessed the properties from the Installer log and checked the unblock section, it let me proceed to Sierra Chart Installer, but when I want to install from here it came up with Installer version:12 Not using HTTP proxy server settings HTTP Request https://sierrschart.com/API.php?Service=GetCurrentVersionNumber&Version=12 Error when getting version to download. Request completed with the HTTP response status code 200. Download cancelled Something else I'm not doing? Thanks |
