Diferrent Introday Candles on Sierra and CQG, TW

Hello, look attached file. I have different candles on Sierra against CQG Desktop and Trading View in all time frames below Daily. Can't get idea what can be wrong. My settings like: Chart > Session Times > Intraday Chart Session Times Does not affect on this candles creation. So should be something else. May be evening sessions? I have it as "No". Or "New bar on session start"? I have it "Yes". Thank you for help. |

Does not affect on this candles creation This is absolutely not true. The session times have a major impact on the bars. You need to ensure that you are looking at the bars for the exact same times in both situations. But, there are too many possible reasons for why there are differences. This is not something we will look into. we stand behind our data as matching exactly what is coming from the exchange. John, you right, my mistake! I set up the session time for the market session profile and apparently I was in a hurry... I made the session from 0:00 to 23:59 and everything became as it should! and I set up the profile time in the profile itself. Thank you |
