If you deleted the entire Sierra Chart folder and you did not have a backup of the information anywhere else, then it is gone. All of your information, settings, chartbooks, etc. are stored on your local computer under the main Sierra Chart installation folder (wherever you put that). We do make backups of chartbooks and other important files, but these are stored in that same directory structure and are only meant for recovering a particular file if it gets individually deleted or corrupted. Saving the data beyond that is your responsibility. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
