Hi - I"ve had this problem before and never found a solution. No doubt it is something obvious. The screen is black/blank and I can't even right click it (no response). I have tried redownloading the data. I am using a set of copied charts that work fine (it previously had ICEE Coffee) but just not on KT. There is no trading for that product. So what you are seeing (nothing) is correct.
