market profile + TPO data not loading

Hi team, any help would be greatly appreciated. I currently use x2 market profiles on my chartbook, one for MES and one for MNQ. The MNQ MP/VP works perfectly, updates in real time data. The MES MP/VP is frozen as soon as I login at the price that the market is when I login, however, if I close Sierra Charts down and open up it again it reloads the data again but only up to the moment I login then stays frozen. I have checked all chart settings between both the MNQ and MES MP/VP and they're both the same. Hope this all makes sense! |

You are not setup to get any real-time data from us. It looks like you are connecting to Rithmic, in which case you would need to ask your broker or Rithmic as to why you are not getting real-time data for MES.
