Order Allocation to trade accounts doesn't operate properly

Hi John I have three accounts connected on my trade Window and since yesterday i can't execute from one account orders to all accounts connected. I downloaded current version and the problem still remains. It is the first time this happens i havent faced problem with that before what should i do Thank you Michael |

What exactly is occurring? And is the option for "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" enabled (is there a checkmark next to this on the Trading Window under "M >> Settings")?

Yes the option is ticked on trade allocation to trade accounts Then I give an order an it only executes on the account that I got the order and on the other acccounts |

The wording is stating that the trade is executed on the selected account and on the other accounts. Meaning that there is not an issue, as the other accounts are getting the trade. Yes i meant to say that it is not executing on the other accounts and the Trade service log, when i try to open more that 1 contract on ES, says: 2024-11-21 23:42:52.787 | Rithmic Direct - DTC (Order reject). So the Order Allocation is working, the problem is something about your account. You need to ask your broker about why you are getting those rejection messages for those accounts.
