Incorrect order (entry, exit) display on the chart,

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance in solving this issue.

I have a problem with order display (entry, exit, connecting lines) on my chart. When I placed a long order yesterday - marked with an arrow on attached chart - it was stopped out at the drawn red line. In my prop firm account I could see that all orders were closed, but that wasn't marked on the chart appropriately (no small triangle and no red connecting line).
I clicked the flatten button, double-checked the account which the chart displayed and on which the orders should be closed.
Then as you can see I tried a few random entries to see if I can fix it -> the result was that both long and short orders are displayed as green triangle (long order), also most likely there is a delay in closing the positions (previous trade closes when I initiate a new position, when I close this new position there is further problem with display as shows new entry). In the circles you can see remaining "open" positions from yesterday and today, with no shown exits.

There might have been an issue with Rithmic yestreday (which issues I am aware are none of your business), but my orders were routed correctly and are closed. To resolve the display issue I tried to disconnect from Rithmic and connect to IBKR, then back to Rithmic but in vain. When I check my Trade Activity Log it shows some open PnL though no orders are truly open.

Via Rithmic I trade a few accounts simultaneously, and since the first trade what stopped out yesterday, the trade copier disconnected from my main account, and there are differences in fake "open" positions and incorrect order matching. That's second picture, it shows other account.

I wanted to find a way to remove all fills from the chart or close the orders within the chart - but I couldn't find it. I guess that I would need to switch the chart to each of my accounts and do the same steps to solve the order display problem.
What can I do within Sierra to solve this issue?
