Hello everyone, I have once again received Rithmic: Permission denied. Registrations via the R-Trader work flawlessly. The problem in Sierrachart is as follows. Historical data is loaded and then no real-time update is visible on the chart via the Rithmic data stream. I am aware that this topic has a beard. However, it is very strange that the login credentials work via the R-Trader and no longer work via Sierrachart, even if only rarely. I use the current version of Sierrachart and cannot understand why the connection to Rithmic is rejected. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this occasional annoyance? The published support tips have not helped me. Thank you |

All the information we have for this issue are at the following link: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure The interface that is used between Sierra Chart and Rithmic was written and is controlled by Rithmic and is different from other interfaces they use. Therefore, the reason for this issue has something to do with their software for the interface. We have told them about this multiple times.
