Hanging at downloading continuous contract data

Pre-market the system seemed fine but as soon as 9:30 hit I've been hung up at downloading continuous contract data. Happened yesterday too.

started working again around 10:40 or so and is now locked up again after just 5-6 minutes

Rithmic is having an issue. They need to solve this.
