Hi, I don't understand why the data feed is so laggy lately. It's only been like this since the end of last week, impossible to trade properly. I tested on another platform to see if it was my connection or rithmic and no, it's coming from Sierra Chart. I've updated the platform, trying only with the DOM of the 2 markets I'm trading, I've also “Delete All Data and Download”, my chart update interval in milliseconds is at 10 (it always has been) but nothing helps, and only since last week, before everything was working properly even in times of high volatility. It's so laggy that the price that's displayed is totally disconnected from the true price, I can see this by logging off/on where the price suddenly appears at a huge difference of ticks, which is very disturbing when you're in a position. Have you an idea why? UPDATE: I deactivated all the firewall rules concerning sierra chart, it has improved a lot but there are still very frequent moments of lags followed by a return to normal, which I never had before. |
