What is the exact symbol you are using as it is entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol"?

This particular product is not traded much. But you should have some data showing for it. Attached is an image of what you should have for a 1 minute chart for LBR. Note that the X contract is now expired and you need to rollover to the F 2025 contract. If you are still not getting any data at all, then select "Edit >> Delete all Data and Download" and let us know if the data shows up after that. I was pretty much looking to add it to the quote board for market overview. I see data on it now, see green arrow in attached image I see symbols for Nikkei, DAX, Hang Seng etc. But These symbols are not showing the correct data. example: Nikkei is showing -ve (red) for the day but is currently +ve (green). Also Nikkei has so many symbols to select from which how can i tell which one will show current data. Similarly if i want to add other indices which symbols show data? |

We do not understand this: But These symbols are not showing the correct data. example: Nikkei is showing -ve (red) for the day but is currently +ve (green). The values you are seeing must be correct. There could not be any issue with them. You have to make your own decision about this. Contact the exchange if you need more help: Also Nikkei has so many symbols to select from which how can i tell which one will show current data.

You cannot make a comparison, of the futures contract to the cash market. They are going to have different values. And you also need to understand the settlement price calculation from the futures exchange which is used for the daily price change.
