Hi, I am a CBOE Global Indices subscriber. I just tried to pull up symbol VIX_CGI and there is no data populating for this past Friday November 15th. The last bar to print on a minute chart for this symbol is @ 15:59 Thursday the 14th. Data is not limited- set to load last 30 days for 'Use Number of Days to Load'. |

Yes we are aware of that. There was a connectivity outage, affecting this particular exchange, Friday, November 15. We are working to get the data from the exchange if we can.
