Message Log indicates Connection to the service has been lost or not completed. SC Index Data: Disconnected from the market data server.
SC Index Data: Connecting to market data server.
Using Server: ds3.sierracharts.com, port 443

Disconnect and Connect happen about every minute.

SC $TICK AND $NSHF are not providing real time data. Charts shows no real time updates. If you disconnect and connect the charts will update, but then no further real time data is received or shown on charts.
