Hey Sierra.

I have overlayed an indicator from another chart - and both charts are the same Time Bar Size.
However, the Indicator being overlayed (Volume UpBar), Has incorrect Data being transferred to it.
I fixed the issue by using the Study, 'Chart Recalculation - Periodic'.

Unfortunately for me, Chart Recalculation slows down my computer, because I need the update interval, to be 2 seconds or less.
The issue is not my Computer - This pc has 128 GB of Ram, and an insane CPU.
And I've spent hours clearing unnecessary Indicators and Spreadsheets.
Although, part of the issue, might be, that I have loaded the Data from the Overlay Study, into a Spreadsheet in the Second Chart.

Do yall know of a way, to speed up verification of the Overlayed Data?
If there's no easy fix, perhaps Transferring the Data using ACSIL instead of the Chart Recalculation Study, might fix this speed problem.

In Advance, thank you guys for the help and guidance.

We are confused as to why you would need to use the Chart Recalculation study in the first place. This should not be the case, particularly if the times are exactly the same between the charts. Check the Input for "Bar Time Matching Method" in your Study/Price Overlay study and make sure it is set to "Containing Match". See if this fixes the base issue in which case you would not need to do anything else.

I'm not completely sure that my data has errors.
I'm seeing errors in a spreadsheet column I created, which overlaps an indicator that tracks the incoming data.
Perhaps the Spreadsheet column has the errors, and the actual incoming data is fine.

I did set the overlay tool, to containing match - thank you for the advice. Perhaps the incoming data does not need recalculation.
The incoming data is volume data, from a different symbol - I'm trying to combine volume data.
& if yall are very sure that the incoming data is correct, then my bad data issue, is probably the spreadsheet column itself, not the overlay.

Thanks for letting me know.
Yall have a good day.

You definitely should not have an issue with the Overlay data not being correct. But, it sounds like you have a lot going on, and you do have to be a bit careful with calculation order, particularly related to Spreadsheets. So it is possible that you are having a problem, but not for the reason you are thinking.

Let us know if you are still having a problem and what exactly it is along with an image or two and we will see what we can determine.
