Hi, I've discovered I trade very well using market depth historical graph on fast charts I'm using 250ms 1/4 second line chart and many times today discovered it just shut off and background turned black. I recorded a video showing it in this state and you will see later it just comes back on no clue what shuts it off or gets it to come back but I hope you guys can find out what causes this and fix it. Half way in video you will see it just comes back. I'm using your new pre release but this 'bug' happened many times on multiple past versions I just stopped using it due to this but I really need it to help my timing and to know when I'm wrong. |

Probably easy to reproduce setup intraday chart 0-0-0-250 and normally within 10 mins it just turns off. I often recenter DOM's so that might cause it not sure.

When the study shows up again, it looks like you had selected the Input for "Lowest Quantity for Coloring", but we are not seeing any change to that Input. But are you then selecting OK and the study shows up again, or was it just when you selected that Input? If you make any change on the Market Depth Historical Graph when it is not showing, does it then appear after making a change? I just wanted to show I had market depth historical graph on. I thought changing settings would get it to come back and usually it doesn't. Should I save a 1 chart workspace?

We really need more information first. Does the study disappear when you are scrolling at all? In other words, is it there for some time periods and not for others? Does the study disappear when not scrolling? So new data is being added to the chart and it just goes away? And the same for when it comes back? I will create a single chart workspace with it and run it and record trying different things and showing you all the settings I have. Friday afternoon it worked perfectly on ES chart but the NQ one went black. I am re-centering charts a lot with hotkey so could be the cause. Will test Sunday evening hopefully can figure out what causes this. I've never seen it not work on minute based charts, delta, renko etc just seems to sometimes not work on micro second charts.

Hi, I had not had the depth turn off with newest pre release until today. Then it came back on its own but so many levels shown don't match the DOM. None seem correct actually.

In the Market Depth Historical Graph, the Input for "Depth Data Type to Display After Last Bar" needs to be set to "Last Depth". Otherwise the data will not match up, as the Maximum Depth is the largest depth value seen at that level. Refer to the following: Market Depth Historical Graph: Depth Quantity Type to Display After Last Bar Even then, it can be hard to see the numbers as they change. You may want to select "File >> Disconnect" in order to actually be able to match up the data.
