Alerts are being delayed and sometimes showing up 20 minutes later. This happens both via the iPhone Telegram app and Desktop Telegram App. Is this a Telegram issue or Sierra Chart issue? It's so delayed I had to turn it off completely. Thank you. |

Check your Chat window to see if the message is showing up in there immediately or not. If it is, then it is being forwarded to Telegram immediately and the delay would be on the part of Telegram. But, if the alert is not showing in the Chat window and shows up later, then there is something else going on and we would need more information. Yes, you're right. It shows up in the chat window immediately. Telegram is delaying it. Thank you.

go into telegram settings then data and storage then storage usage and then clear the cache...doing this worked for me

I was getting alerts on Sierra Chart and Telegram Desktop quickly, but not iPhone. Clearing the cache solved the problem on the phone. I'll look into Sierra Chart's web-based platform as well. Thank you both. |
