My Charts also just keep disconnecting over and over again (every 3 minutes or so). The message log I receive are the windows error codes 10053 and 10060. I checked the documentation (Error when Downloading Historical Intraday Data from the Sierra Chart Historical Data Server) before, but nothing helped me so far. I send you the message log directly through the "Send for Analysis Log". Problem came out of nowhere. There is no missing data and I can still place orders and trades. Would really appreciate your help.

Those errors indicate a network connectivity issue. Refer to the information at the following link: Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2. Network Communication or Server Problem For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

how is that possible? I'm genuinely curious. I am using SC for 3 months now and it worked all the time perfectly. And since 7 days I have constantly connection disconnects (currently all 20 minutes). the information of your provided link doesn't help me. I tried everything to fix it. |

It can happen because you are using the Internet. So somewhere within the line from where you are to where you are trying to connect to, there is an issue. We can not say where or what the issue is - we do not know. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
