which study would i use to highlight the open-close range of the main price bar as a range (i.e. a thick bar behind price) that extends to the current time, when an alert is triggered on a study bar below it? thanks |

If you want to extend the rectangle from a previous bar to the current bar, and do this repeatedly during the day, it would probably require a custom programmed study, done in ACSIL. I doubt even a spreadsheet study could do this effectively.
